The Shetland season 5 DVD returns for the new series with DI Jimmy Perez and his team in the close knit island community of Shetland.

A prominent Shetlander is shot dead on their doorstep in broad daylight. Perez returns from his mother's funeral on Fair Isle to investigate. The victim had their fair share of enemies, not least those angry at their involvement in the comionate release of Donna Killick, the murder of Lizzie Kilmuir. With tensions on the Islands rising and battling with his own grief, Perez must untangle a web of lies as secrets from the past, long buried, rise to the surface once more.
