Jailhouse Rock DVD: A young man, Vince Everett (Elvis Presley), is convicted of manslaughter after being drawn into a bar fight while trying to defend a woman. In prison, Everett finds salvation when his cellmate, a country singer named Hunk Houghton (Mickey Shaughnessy), hears him sing and pegs him as a future star. Once released, Everett gets a job in a night club and meets Peggy Van Alden (Judy Tyler), a young woman who works for a record company and who, like Houghton, also sees talent in Everett.
Viva Las Vegas DVD: All musically gifted racing-driver Lucky Jackson (Elvis Presley) wants in Las Vegas, is to score enough money for a new car so he can win the Grand Prix. When he encounters sexy swimming instructor Rusty (Ann-Margret), he considers staying around longer. After Lucky loses his winnings in the hotel pool, he's forced to remain in Vegas long enough to win back his dough--but now he also wants to win the Rusty's heart. Unfortunately, so does his slick racing enemy, Elmo (Cesare Danova).
Girl Happy DVD: As his daughter, Valerie (Shelley Fabares), sets off on a spring-break trip to Florida, thuggish businessman Big Frank (Harold J. Stone) insists that singer Rusty Wells (Elvis Presley) shadow her. Valerie warms to Rusty, but when she realises that he's been paid to keep her out of trouble, she rebels, taking up with Italian womaniser Romano (Fabrizio Mioni). As her wild ways land her in jail, Rusty must deal with her father's wrath, Romano's threats and his own complex feelings for Valerie.
Spinout DVD: Mike McCoy (Elvis Presley) is a handsome touring rock singer who enjoys living the bachelor lifestyle and also happens to drive race cars. But at a tour stop in Santa Barbara, California, three women--auto heiress Cynthia Foxhugh (Shelley Fabares), writer Diana St Clair (Diane McBain) and Mike's drummer, Les (Deborah Walley)--vie with one other to win him for a husband. Mike, who doesn't wish to commit, must also prepare to drive his sports car in the Santa Fe Road Race.
Elvis Thats The Way It Is DVD: In this 2001 re-edited version of the 1970 concert documentary, Elvis Presley's first non-fiction film, Elvis returns from thirteen years of concentrating on movie roles to perform his "Summer Festival" run of shows in Las Vegas. As the film opens, Elvis is rehearsing a new ensemble, the TCB (Taking Care of Business) Band. The film follows Presley through rehearsals, relaxation and performance and looks at the fan culture surrounding the shows.
Elvis On Tour DVD: This documentary captures Elvis Presley on his 1972 American tour and includes rehearsals, interviews, archival television appearances and backstage moments. With Elvis at his most flamboyant, the film features well-known hits and cover songs showcasing his country, gospel and rhythm-and-blues influences. The Elvis entourage, including Colonel Tom Parker, also makes an appearance. This film was Elvis Presley's final motion picture appearance and won a Golden Globe for best documentary.
This Is Elvis DVD: A combination of documentary footage and dramatic reconstruction traces the life and career of Elvis Presley. A quartet of actors portray the King at different junctures in his life from his early days in Tupelo and Memphis, through his early TV appearances, the years he spent in the army and movies, to his comeback and touring years, and up to his death in 1977.
