I am a person that does not like repetative cardio excersises like running or spin bikes. But this dvd lets me enjoy doing a great cardio workout without realizing it. It also uses kickboxing such as different punches and kicks to tone and sculpt the lower and upper body. The five 10 minute workouts specifically work a different body area. There is fat fighting skills (actually my favourite), total body sculpt, arm scuplt, cross trainer (leg sculpt), and abb sculpt. The trainer does wear light weighted gloves but I use two lighted weighted hand weights (I recommend 0.5kg - 1 kg hand weights) which work just as well. I definately recommed this not only to lean the body but blast away pent up frustration.
